SEA BREEZE
This interior architecture project for a 120 sqm apartment with a sea-facing terrace transforms the space into a bright, airy environment perfectly aligned with the outdoors. The concept is that of a white container designed to amplify natural light, balancing voids and solids in a play of volumes and heights. The entrance opens into a spacious living area where the Tufty-Time sofa by B&B Italia and the large Great JJ lamp by Baxter create a striking visual contrast, while the custom-made bookshelf serves as a dramatic wall for books and small art pieces. The dining area, elegant and minimalist, is dominated by the white "Metallico" table by Porro, illuminated by the C2 Anelli pendant lights by Viabizzuno, creating an intimate atmosphere. The kitchen, custom-designed, seamlessly integrates with the living area, with white cabinetry that emphasizes the view of the terrace.
The bedroom features the Ghost bed by Gervasoni, designed to make the most of the natural light and sea view, while the terrace, clad in teak, offers a 360° view of the sea and the city. A small solarium and Jacuzzi corner complete the relaxation area. The project is enhanced by a home automation system controlling climate, lighting, and consumption, while solar panels on the roof provide energy efficiency and sustainability.
